Randy Mintz joined IES in 2021, bringing 20 years of diverse experience in people management, finance, and industry business development. He leads, manages, and holds the IES leadership team accountable for meeting the goals and visions of IES as set each year. Fostering a diverse culture, managing challenges, and working side by side with the leadership team, his goal is to grow the success of IES and its people.
