Chadd founded Ingram Engineering Services, Inc. in 2007. Since then, the company has grown from one individual to over 20 professionals, offering cutting edge solutions to thousands of clients. While the company was expanding into structural and laboratory services, IES was not content with cutting edge solutions being performed economically for IES’ clientele. Accordingly, he formed SLI Solutions, LLC in 2020. With the addition of this company, Chadd felt confident the clientele could retain reliable expertise to realize these aggressive solutions in the field—at an economical price—Economical Solutions in Real Time. His Team is considered family, not staff or employees, and is passionate about assisting people to realize their projects while thinking outside the box—we just build a better mouse trap than others…
Chadd graduated Chi Epsilon from Drexel University in 1994 after undergrad studies at Slippery Rock University (1992). He studied at Rutgers University post-graduate studying fluvial morphology, soil morphology, and wetland-related studies. After 6 years as a Land Development Engineer, he went on to become Concord Township, Delaware County in-house Engineer for 5 years. During this time, Chadd was responsible for oversight of all construction activities for land development, road/traffic improvement, sewage facilities, and Public Works, while also assisting the Concord Township Sewer Authority Operations. After subsequently working with a NJ geotechnical firm for two years, Chadd wanted to build a company wherein clientele and engineer had a strong and trusting relationship, knowing each could count on the other to find the finish line ‘the right way’ for each project.
He continues to reside in the West Chester area with his wife and two daughters and is grateful for all God provides.
