Project Experience:

FMC Tower at Cira Centre South*, Philadelphia, PA: Lead project manager on structural design of 730 ft tall, 1,000,000 square foot, mixed use high rise. The developer, architect and structural team worked collaboratively to devise an unusual structural configuration: the bottom 28 floors are supported by steel columns and floor framing, while the upper 20 floors are traditional cast-in-place flat plate construction. This top-heavy design helped the developer meet their schedule and minimize cost.

South Academy Street Residence Hall*, Newark, DE. Lead project manager on structural design of a 4 story, 130,000 sq ft. dormitory structure. Cold form, prefabricated metal bearing walls with sheet steel strapping support precast plank floors.
